We are offering wide range of Dough Moulder Machine to our clients. During Dough moulding process the thickness of the dough pieces can be reduces by upto to one length and the surface area increased by factor of more than three. This process will degas the dough piece. The gap between the roller can be vary with help of side rotating lever along with given gauge. Than sheeted dough get curling(rolling) with the help of ranging special mesh belt along the moulding belt the mes dragging on the leading edge of the dough sheet and causing it to roll back. As it is important that the dough retains a degree of extensibility as it leaves the curling second prior to final moulding, damage is minimized.

We are offering Conical Rounder to our clients. It consist of cone which rotate about a vertical axis with the track of the fixed moulding surface located in a spiral pattern about the outside of it. The differential speed is lower at the top where axial dia of the cone is tears. The mould is required to have degreasing effect. It creates V-angle, The differential speed is the length of moulding track and the shape of the track will contribute to the moulding effect and shape of the dough piece.
